Tonči Chocolates
Cocoa was introduced in Trinidad in the 16th century and during our period of cultivation, Trinidad and Tobago has gained popularity for producing one of the most flavorful cocoa beans in the world, a fact that we are proud of. Chocolate making undergoes a series of processes that takes a few days. This Cocoa experience allows you to engage in the process of roosting the cocoa beans for yourself under the supervision of a Chocolatier, tasting locally made chocolate and sampling locally made hot chocolate along with other delicious local delicacies.

Pull Seine
Pulling seine is a traditional fishing method used in coastal areas of Tobago. It involves the use of a seine net, which is a large fishing net with floats on the top edge and weights on the bottom edge, forming a vertical wall in the water.Pulling seine is often used in small-scale, artisanal fishing and can be a sustainable method if done responsibly. In some cultures, it is also a social and cultural activity, bringing communities together to work and celebrate the catch.

Ft. George & Botanical Gardens
Perched on a scenic overlook of the Atlantic Ocean, Fort King George is a sprawling 18th-century fort and one of Tobago’s best-preserved historical landmarks. Visitors can explore meticulously restored structures, including the officers’ barracks, gunpowder magazines, prison cells, and a bell tank. The fort's original cannons remain in their historic positions, offering a glimpse into the past. The Tobago Botanical Gardens remains one of the most beautiful parks in the Caribbean, with its wide variety of trees and flowers and well-laid-out footpaths.
